I got the ice gel pillow from a nearby store and I'm really into it. I was looking for an extra cover, so I ordered one online. It showed up today. Fantastic product and great service!

"Does it have a power button to get it going?"
I can't find any switch to turn it on. Honestly, I don't notice any change compared to other pillows.

"The Ultimate Pillow Experience"
I've got my hands on my second Blu Sleep pillow, and let me tell ya, it's the best one I've ever tried. It’s done wonders for my neck and shoulder discomfort. My job sends me all over the place, and I adore this pillow so much that I make sure to pack my Blu Sleep for every trip.

We got ourselves 4 ice gel foam pillows and, man, even if the cost is pretty high, the boost in our sleep quality makes it all worthwhile. I’ve ditched all my low-cost pillows—100 switched to Blu pillows!!

"Fantastic products and service!"
I reached out to Blu and had a chat with Kathy Cancro from customer service. She helped me navigate the search for the right pillow (we’ve had our old Blu pillow for around 12 years and it’s been a favorite). We’ve tested a ton of pillows, but none meet our needs like the Blu one does. When it arrived, I was impressed by the great packaging and the quality of the pillow and its cover. Plus, I’ve been sleeping like a baby! Overall, it was a top-notch experience and I’m really happy I went with Blu!!!

"AWESOME PILLOW!"
The Blu Cool pillow offers the finest pillow experience I've ever had. The standard size fits my 5' petite frame perfectly, whether I'm sleeping on my side or back. My only gripe is the delivery took a bit longer than I'd like. I just want my new pillow right away! Fantastic pillow!

"Underwhelming Mattress Cover Experience"
We got ourselves an 'Arctic' mattress cover for our King-sized Blu Sleep mattress. First off, it’s way too large, making it feel like you’re lying on a plastic bag. Then there’s the fact that it doesn’t keep things cool at all; in fact, it made the bed feel warmer than it was without it. I reached out to customer service for a return but didn’t hear back, so I had to give them a call. The representative I spoke to was really helpful and set me up with a return authorization, but we still have to cover the shipping costs. Overall, a disappointing product and a frustrating return policy. Save your cash!

"The blu sleep mattress is amazing"
This blu sleep mattress is truly amazing. We’re really happy with our decision and haven’t had such good sleep in ages. The pillows are fantastic as well. Even our dogs are big fans of it!

"The ultimate cooling pillow experience!"
